
Chef Levine has spent time working on the East Coast for both locations of Twenty-One Federal Restaurant in Washington, D.C. and Nantucket Island under Executive Chef Bob Kincaid. While in Washington, D.C. he apprenticed for the celebrated Michelin starred chef, Jean-Louis Palladin in the Watergate Hotel. Palladin has been noted as having influenced and counseled acclaimed chef Eric Ripert and Daniel Boulud, among others.
Peter has taught a host of cooking classes, both private and professional, including time as a Chef Instructor for the Art Institute of Seattle. He donates his time to numerous local and national charities, frequently giving his time to Farestart and other notable events in the Pacific Northwest and surrounding area.
He currently lives in West Seattle with his wife of 20 years Susan Oxholm and their two boys Axel and Henry.
